Delivery

Bauwerk Colour aims to send out ordered goods within 2-4 working days. Orders with a value exceeding € 1000,00 may take longer. Processing and expected delivery dates shown are indicative only and do not constitute legaly binding dates

Expect Standard deliveries to take between 6 – 10 working days and Express deliveries to take betweeen 1-3 working days.

Force Majeure: Bauwerk Pty Ltd will not be responsible and will not pay any compensation where we are preventing or delayed from performing our obligations due to an event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to flood, earthquake, mechanical breakdown, IT failure, fire, adverse weather conditions, in the event of a pandemic, acts of terrorism, or, but not limited to interruption to gas, water or power or other utilities.

Tracking Your Order

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide a link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery at any time.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

Delivery other than Europe

Please check our other stores first, otherwise contact us for international sales and deliveries with your country and request. We can then provide the best option to ship to your particular destination.
