Withdrawal Request

This form is for consumers who placed an online order with Bauwerk Colour and wish to submit a statutory withdrawal request, where a right of withdrawal applies. Please enter your order details so we can identify your order. You do not need to give a reason.

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made or prepared to your individual choice or specification, including Bauwerk Colour paint orders of 1 litre or more. Undamaged and unopened 250 ml sample pots may be eligible for withdrawal within the statutory withdrawal period, where the legal requirements are met.

After submission, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request electronically. This does not confirm that a return or refund has been approved. Unless agreed otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning goods to us. This does not affect your rights if goods are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
