External surfaces
Almost any absorbing masonry surface areas can be painted with limewash paint. However, not all surfaces are ideal for the application of lime wash paint. But most can be prepared with a few simple steps to accept a lime wash finish.
If you follow the easy ''PPP''-Rule (Prime - Prep - Paint) anyone can get a great lime wash finish.
You don't have to be a professional painter for lime wash painting, many people find it very enjoyable to apply the lime paint themselves.
In any case you can always ask a specialist to do just the preparation steps and do the lime washing yourself.
